In 1967 Chevelle production was in full swing with over 396,000+ Chevelles produced in that year. They were produced in various body styes, everything from a two door convertible to a four door station wagon. There was also three different trim levels the Super Sport package was the top of the line, with the Malibu in the middle, and the base level Chevelle was the 300 series which also had a delux package.
When it came to engines there was a lot of choices in 1967. The base engine was a 230 cubic inch 140 horsepower 6 cylinder, and at the other extreme was a monster of an engine the 375 horsepower 396 cubic inch engine.
